I serve this for dessert all the time accompanied with fruit. The richness of the pure chocolate satisfies any sweet tooth but doesn't require you to eat more than one piece to get that feeling!
Can be made pareve or dairy depending on the type of chocolate you use.

Can be made pareve or dairy depending on the type of chocolate you use.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of chocolate chips (size depends on how much you want to make. 1 regular sized package will make enough for 8-10 people.
- Additive; based on preference - mixed nuts, dried fruits, candy
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wrap a pan in aluminium foil. (Choose pan size appropriate for how much you would like to make. I typically use a pie dish or square pan. Make sure that whatever you choose to use, that it is oven and freezer safe.)
- Empty the entire contents of the package of chocolate chips into the aluminium covered pan.
- Place in oven and wait until all the chips are completely melted (should take no longer than 10 minutes).
- Once chips are melted, remove from oven and mix until smooth.
- Sprinkle additive (nuts and/or dried fruit, and or candy) on top of mixture. Make sure that you cover the top as completely as you can with your desired additive.
- Immediately put in freezer and chill for 2-5 hours.
- Remove from freezer. Take foil with frozen mixture out of pan and peel away foil.
- With the blunt end of a knife, cut into several pieces sized according to preference.
- Keep stored in freezer until ready to be served. (Can remove from freezer and keep stored in a cool, dry place after 24 hours.)
